Evergreen Catering Services

We started Evergreen Catering Services at our spot in T Nagar quite a long time ago. We are located at Old No 14/3, which is now New No 22, near Periyr Road in the Parthasarthypuram extension. T Nagar is a very busy place, and we spend a lot of our time preparing food for different events around here. It’s a lot of hard work in the kitchen, especially when there are big orders to get out on time for a party or a function. We don't really have a big office or anything fancy, just our workspace where all the cooking and prepping happens. My team and I focus on the meals, making sure the rice is right and the curries are seasoned like they should be for our customers. It’s mostly local food that people in Chennai expect for their family gatherings. We have a routine that we follow every single morning to get everything prepped and ready to go. Sometimes it’s a bit stressful when we have multiple deliveries at once, but we’ve gotten used to the pace over the many years we've been doing this. We don't do much advertising; people usually find out about us from their neighbors or friends who have used our services before. We just want to make sure the food is ready and tastes like good home cooking. It’s a basic operation but it keeps us busy from early morning until late at night.
