Dinesh Caterers

Dinesh Caterers is based in Kolathur. We are at No 6/3, which is tucked away in Dhanapal Nagar Extension. Most people find us by looking behind the Moogambigai bus stop. We aren't a big company with a fleet of trucks. It’s just a local catering setup. We spend most of our time in the kitchen preparing food for various small functions and gatherings. It is a lot of hard work, especially early in the morning when we have to start the stoves. The area is mostly residential, so we know a lot of the neighbors. We don't have a front office with a receptionist. Usually, if someone wants to talk to us, they just come to the back where we are working. We use traditional ways of cooking because that is what we know. Our equipment isn't the newest, but it's well-maintained and does what it needs to. We don't do any big promotions. Most of our work comes from people who have eaten our food at someone else's house. We just focus on getting the flavors right and making sure there is enough food for everyone. It’s a simple business run by people who enjoy cooking. We don't have any grand ambitions to grow huge. We just like being part of the community here in Kolathur. Every event we do is just another day of cooking for us.
