Dindigul Thalappakattu Biriyani & Fast Food

Our place is on Thiru VI Ka Road in Royapettah, not too far from Whites Road. It’s a busy corner of Chennai, and we get a lot of people coming in for lunch and dinner. The kitchen stays pretty warm because we are always cooking something. We use the traditional way of making our food, even if it takes a bit longer than some other fast food places. The dining area is simple with plastic chairs and basic tables, nothing too special to look at. We find that people don't mind as long as the food is ready. We get a mix of office workers and families who live around Royapettah. Sometimes we run out of certain items if the day has been busier than expected, especially on weekends. The staff here is mostly local guys who know the area well. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy outside, just our name on the board. Parking can be a bit of a problem on this road, so most of our customers walk over or use their scooters. We’ve been at 24 D for a good while now and we don't plan on moving. It's just a regular neighborhood spot where you can get a meal without waiting too long. We try to keep the floors clean, but with so many people coming in, it’s a constant job. That’s just the way it goes here in this busy city neighborhood.
