Chooboos Food Products Llp is tucked away at No 50 in Sri Mahalakshmi Nagar, over in the Noombal area. It’s one of those places that you might miss if you aren't looking for the specific door number. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which we like because it lets us focus on the work we have to do every day. We don't have a giant glass office or a reception desk with a fancy phone. Instead, there’s usually just a couple of us sitting around a wooden table checking the lists for the day. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy, but that’s just how it goes in this part of town. We’ve had to fix the roof a couple of times and the signage isn't the brightest, but the inside is where all the actual food product work happens. We try to keep things simple because adding more layers just makes everything more complicated than it needs to be. Working in Noombal has its own rhythm, and we’ve grown used to the sounds of the nearby houses and the occasional stray dog wandering past our gate. It’s a practical place for a practical business. We spend a lot of time just making sure the packing is done right and the inventory is counted. It’s not the most exciting work for some, but it’s what we do here at Chooboos. We just take it one day at a time without overthinking things.
