Cakebee Deli Fresh Private Limited

You can find us at No. 25/B on the 2nd Main Road in Karumandabam. We are situated right in the Kalyanasundaramnagar area. Our days usually start very early in the morning when most people are still asleep. There is always the smell of baking and fresh ingredients in the air around here. It is a small deli and we spend a lot of our time behind the counter or back in the kitchen. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations, just the basic essentials for making and selling our food. Sometimes we run out of things faster than we expected, which can be a bit of a headache when the lunch rush starts. The neighborhood is quiet mostly, but we get a good bit of foot traffic in the mornings from people going to work. We aren't a big chain, just a local spot where we try to keep things fresh. The floors get flour on them and the ovens can make the place really hot in the summer months. We just wipe down the counters and keep going until the last customer leaves. It's a lot of standing on our feet and chatting with whoever walks through the door. We don't really do much advertising; word of mouth seems to work okay for us. It's just a regular deli where we do our best with what we have. If the sign is flipped to open, we are usually in there working on something new for the day.
