Black Arrow Medical Research and Development Private Limited is located at No.10/7, Narasingapuram Main Road in the Guindy area. Guindy is a busy part of town, so we are surrounded by lots of other small businesses and shops. Our building is tucked in there on the main road. We focus on research and development in the medical field, which mostly means we spend our time sitting at computers or looking at samples in our small lab area. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a movie set; it’s just a regular office with some specialized equipment. We have a lot of shelves filled with binders and old research papers that we haven’t quite gotten around to filing properly yet. The staff usually brings lunch from home, and we eat together in the small break room at the back. It’s a quiet place for the most part, unless there’s construction going on outside on Narasingapuram Main Road, which seems to happen a lot. We don’t do much advertising or anything. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to make some progress each week. It’s a slow and steady kind of work. We’ve been here for a bit, and we know most of the neighbors now. It’s a comfortable enough spot to do our research without being bothered by too much outside noise or distractions. The desks are always cluttered with notebooks.
