Bhagawan Catering Service

Bhagawan Catering Service is tucked away at No 2, Lakshmipuram Extension, on 6th Street in Tambaram West. We’ve been operating from this same spot for a good while. We don't have a big storefront or a dining room where you can sit. It’s mostly just us in the back getting things ready for whatever event we have on the books. Tambaram West is a busy residential area, and our street is usually quiet until we start loading the vans. We handle all sorts of gatherings around Chennai. The kitchen is where we spend all our time. It’s a simple setup with big pots and heavy stoves. We don't do any big advertising or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who know us. We just write down the orders in a big notebook and make sure we don't forget anything. Some days we are up at 3 AM to start the rice if it’s a morning function. It’s hard work and your hands always smell like spices, but we are used to it by now. We aren't trying to be the biggest catering company in the city. We just want to make sure the food we send out is decent and arrives on time. It's just a few of us working together here on 6th Street, trying to stay busy.
