Beema Catering

We operate out of No 10 on St Marys Road in Mandaiveli. It is a busy little spot, especially being right across from the Muktha Kalyana Mandapam. You can imagine how it gets when there is a big wedding or a function going on over there. The street is full of cars and people in their best clothes. Our days at Beema Catering usually start way before the sun comes up. We are busy with big stainless steel pots and the smell of spices filling up the air. It is hard work and it gets quite hot in the kitchen area. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning. Instead, we have a workspace that is built for getting things done. There are always lists pinned to the walls and bags of rice or vegetables being delivered. Our team is just local people who know how to cook for a crowd. We don't use much technology, mostly just pen and paper to keep track of everything. Sometimes things get stressful when a delivery is late or we have a huge order to finish, but we always find a way to get it through. It is just a regular family-run kind of thing. We have been in Mandaiveli for a long time and we like the neighborhood feel. People know where to find us if they need food for a local event or a small family gathering.
