Arul Appalam Depot Llp

We have been here at No 3/4 E in Gandhi Nagar for a while now. Palavakkam is a busy spot and we are right in the middle of it. Dealing with appalams isn't always easy, especially when the weather acts up. You really need good sun to get them dried right before they can be packed. Our small team works in the back. Sometimes it gets quite loud with everyone talking, but we like the energy. Most people around here know where we are. We don't have a big fancy office with air conditioning. It is just a depot where we pack things up and keep them dry. My uncle started this whole thing years ago and now we just keep it going as best as we can. Some days are very slow, and then on others, we can barely keep up with the orders coming in. We mostly just focus on getting the stacks ready and making sure they don't break because they are so fragile. The salt in the air from the beach nearby actually helps or hurts depending on the day. We try to keep things simple. If you walk past Gandhi Nagar, you might smell the dough. It's a regular job for us. We drink a lot of tea while we work. The space is a bit tight with all the cardboard boxes piled up. We don't mind it much though. It's what we know. Most of our neighbors are good people. We have been in this same spot and haven't really thought about moving.
