Our catering business is located on Munuswamy Salai in K K Nagar. If you know the Pondichery Guest House, we are right opposite that building. It is a convenient spot for us to manage our daily orders. We do a lot of work for families living around this part of Chennai. Most of the time we are busy preparing meals for housewarmings or small office lunches. The kitchen stays active throughout the day, especially during the wedding season when things get a bit hectic. We aren't a huge corporation, just a local service that knows how to handle South Indian cooking. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they saw our sign while walking down Munuswamy Salai. We try to keep things straightforward and don't make big promises we can't keep. If someone wants a specific dish, we see if we have the ingredients and time to do it. The area around the guest house is usually quiet until the lunch rush starts. We've spent a lot of years in this neighborhood and have seen it change quite a bit. Despite the changes, our way of working stays pretty much the same. We just focus on getting the food packed and delivered to wherever it needs to go. It is a lot of hard work in a hot kitchen, but it is what we do every day for the community here.
