You can find Ambika Appalam Depot on Dr. Nair Road in T.Nagar. The address can be a little confusing because it’s New No 25 but used to be Old No 10. Most of the regulars just know the building by sight anyway. T.Nagar is always busy, with shoppers and cars everywhere, but our little spot stays pretty consistent. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Appalams are what we do, and we’ve been doing them the same way for years. It’s a traditional thing. The shop isn't very large, but we make the most of the space we have. There are stacks of products everywhere you look. I spend a lot of time talking to customers who have been coming here since they were kids. Now they bring their own children. It makes the day go by faster when you’re chatting with people you know.
