Veggie Masala

You can find us at Plot No.796, right along the Chandigarh - Panchkula Road in Manimajra. Being near Kala Gram means there is always some traffic passing by, which keeps things interesting. We have been at this location for a bit, and it’s a busy spot for us. The building is simple, just enough space for our Veggie Masala operations. We spend most of our hours sorting through ingredients and getting the mixes right. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We don’t have those high-end automated systems you see on TV; we do things by hand mostly. The road outside is often loud with trucks and cars, but inside we just focus on what’s in front of us. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when a big order comes in and we have to stay late to finish up. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, the scales, and the bags. We keep the floor as clean as we can, though spice dust has a way of getting everywhere. If you drop by, you’ll probably see one of us hauling sacks or checking the labels. It’s a plain business, run by people who live nearby and just want to get the job done. We like the location because it’s easy for suppliers to pull in and unload their goods without too much trouble, even if the traffic gets bad.
