Ni Hao Chinese Cuisine

You can find us, Ni Hao Chinese Cuisine, way up on the third floor of Elante Mall in Chandigarh. It is right in the Industrial and Business Park Phase-1 area. Being in a mall means there is always a lot of noise and people walking past the windows. We have a decent-sized kitchen where the guys are always busy with the woks and the steam. It’s not a quiet place to work, that is for sure. We get a lot of shoppers who are exhausted and just want to sit down for a bit. The mall environment is a bit much sometimes, but it keeps us on our toes. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just come in, chop the vegetables, and start the burners. The floor gets a bit slippery when it's busy, so we have to be careful. The staff is mostly young guys who live nearby. We’ve been at this spot for a few years now. Chandigarh is a fast city, but up here on the third floor, things have their own rhythm. We don't do much advertising. People usually just find us when they are hungry and looking for something to eat after a movie or shopping. We try to keep the prices fair because we know people work hard for their money. It’s just a regular Chinese food spot in a big mall where things are always moving. We just do our best to keep the orders going.
