We work out of Phase VI in the Manimajra Focal Point area, specifically at 718/1. It’s more of a functional kitchen space than a restaurant. Most of our days are spent prepping vegetables, cooking large quantities of food, and getting everything packed into containers for transport. It’s hard work, and the kitchen gets very hot, especially in the summer months. We’ve got a team of cooks who have their own way of doing things, and we don't interfere much as long as the food is ready on time. We handle all sorts of events, from small family gatherings to larger local functions. We don't have a glossy menu; we usually just talk to people and figure out what they want based on what’s in season. Sometimes we run out of a certain ingredient and have to make a quick trip to the local market. Our vans are always parked out front, getting loaded up with burners and big pots. It’s a messy, busy business, but it’s what we know. We don’t do any fancy marketing; most people just hear about us from their neighbors or relatives who used us before. We just try to keep the spices right and the portions generous so nobody leaves hungry. It’s a simple operation run by people who like to cook.
