Chow Choppe

I’ve been working at this shop in Sector 34-C for quite some time now. You can find us right on the market road, not too far from the big furniture market everyone goes to here in Chandigarh. It’s a busy area, especially on the weekends when people are out looking for chairs and tables and then they get hungry or just want to stop by. My day usually starts pretty early, getting everything ready before the first few people walk in. We aren't a big fancy place, just Shop 93, but we try to keep things moving. The market road can get a bit loud with all the cars and the people walking around, but that’s just how it is in this part of Sector 34. Sometimes the weather gets really hot and we just try to keep the fans going. Most of the folks who come in are regulars from the nearby offices or people who work in the furniture shops. They know where we are. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here. Nothing too complicated or polished. We just open up, do the work, and then close down when the sun goes over the buildings. It's funny how you get used to the noise of the traffic. If you are ever around the furniture market and need a place to sit for a minute, you’ll probably see us there. That's about it really. Just a local spot in a busy market.
