VAISHNO BHOJAN

VAISHNO BHOJAN is located at Booth Number 334 in Sector 20d of Chandigarh. We are right near the light point for 21/20, so there is always a lot of traffic stopping and starting right in front of us. The booth is quite small, so we have to be very careful about how we use the space. We mostly serve simple meals that people can eat quickly during their lunch breaks or take home after work. There is no big dining hall here, just enough room to get the food ready and hand it over. We deal with a lot of regular customers who work in the nearby offices or live in the apartments around Sector 20d. The kitchen area is tight and it gets very warm when the tandoor or the stoves are running. We spend our days rolling out rotis and stirring big pots of dal. Chandigarh is a very organized city, so we try to keep our little corner as tidy as possible, even when it is busy. The light point nearby means there is a constant sound of horns and engines, which you just get used to after a while. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us working together to get the orders done. It is a straightforward business where we focus on the food and not much else. Most people know us just by the booth number.
