Tikka Freaks Restaurant

I've been running Tikka Freaks here in Sector 8b for a while now. We're right by the SBI ATM, which makes it easy for folks to find us when they're out getting cash. Dealing with two booths, 54 and 24, can be a bit of a juggle sometimes, but we make it work. It gets pretty busy around here in Chandigarh, especially in the evenings when everyone is looking for something hot to eat. I remember when we first started out, it was just a small idea, and now we're part of the daily routine for a lot of people in the area. We spend most of our day prepping the marinades and keeping the grills going. Sometimes the smoke gets everywhere, but that's just how it is when you're making tikkas. Our staff is mostly just local guys who know how things run around here. We don't have fancy uniforms or anything like that. It’s just us doing our thing. The street outside can get a bit noisy with all the traffic, but inside we just focus on the food. Sometimes we run out of certain items early if the crowd is big, which is annoying but we try to plan better for the next day. It’s a lot of hard work, standing by the heat all day, but seeing the same faces come back makes it feel okay. We’re just a regular spot in the neighborhood where you can grab a bite without any fuss.
