Sinha & sons is located in the City Emporium Mall, specifically at unit 143 A. We are in the Industrial Area Phase-1 of Chandigarh. It’s a bit different being inside a mall compared to a street shop, but we try to keep the same personal feel for anyone who visits. We’ve been operating here for a while now. The space isn't huge, but it’s enough for what we do every day. We mostly deal with people who are already in the mall for shopping or work. Since we are in the Industrial Area, we get a lot of people from the nearby offices coming in too. It’s a very practical setup where we focus on our daily tasks without much fuss. We don't have any polished marketing slogans or a big corporate team behind us. It’s just us and a few staff members making sure things run smoothly. The mall environment is climate-controlled, which is nice, but we still work hard behind the scenes. We keep our records in big ledgers and prefer talking to people face-to-face. Sometimes it gets really busy on the weekends when the mall is packed with families, and we have to move a bit faster to keep up. We’ve been in Chandigarh for a long time and decided to move into this spot because it was convenient for our regular customers. We aren't trying to be the flashiest shop in the building. We just want to provide what people need. It’s a straightforward business we put our time into.
