roorstersz restaurant

Our place is shop number 43 on VIP Road in Zirakpur. It’s right there on the high street, so there’s always a lot of cars and people walking by. We call it roorstersz. Most of our time is spent in the back, getting the kitchen ready for the dinner rush that always happens. VIP Road gets very busy in the evenings, and finding parking can be a real mess for everyone involved. We see a lot of younger people and families who live in the apartments around here. The restaurant isn’t very big, so when we have a few groups inside, it feels quite full and noisy. We have some stools and tables, but a lot of people just take their food to go. We’re always cleaning the counters and checking the fryers to make sure everything is working right. It gets very hot in the kitchen, especially when we have a lot of orders coming in at once. We don’t have a big fancy menu, just the things we know how to make well. Some days the delivery drivers are lined up outside, which makes things feel even more hectic than usual. We just try to keep up with it and get the orders out as fast as we can without making too many mistakes. It’s a lot of long hours and standing on our feet.
