We are located at Shop No 780/1B in Gobindpura, which is part of Mani Majra in Chandigarh. Our shop is right near the Modern Housing Complex, so we get a lot of people who live nearby coming in. The area code is 160101. It is a small place, as you can tell by the shop number, but we make it work. Most of the time, we are busy behind the counter preparing things quickly because people are usually in a hurry. You will see us chopping vegetables or handling the stove throughout the day. The street outside can be quite narrow and busy with scooters and people walking. We do not have much space for sitting around, so it is mostly about getting your food and going. Being near the housing complex means we know a lot of the neighbors by face. We see the same kids coming by after school and workers stopping on their way home. The air is often filled with the smell of what we are cooking, which carries down the lane. It is a basic fast food setup without any bells or whistles. We keep our supplies in the back and try to stay organized so we do not trip over each other. It is hard work, standing on our feet all day, but we are glad to be part of the Mani Majra neighborhood. We just focus on serving the folks who live in Gobindpura.
