Rajesh Maurya Dhaba

We have been running Rajesh Maurya Dhaba at Booth Number 5 and 6 on Madhya Marg for quite a while now. Most people know us because we are right near the taxi stand in Sector 26. It is a busy spot in Chandigarh, but we like the noise. My brother and I started this place because we wanted to serve the kind of food we eat at home. We don't have fancy chairs or those soft carpets you see in big hotels. It is just a simple dhaba where you can sit down and get a hot meal without spending too much money. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded during lunch hours, especially with the drivers from the taxi stand coming in, but we try to manage the rush. We keep the place clean as much as we can. The kitchen stays busy from morning till late evening. We don't do anything special for marketing or ads. People just walk in after seeing the board. It is honest work. We spend most of our day here, making sure the dal and rotis are ready. Chandigarh has changed a lot, but this corner of Sector 26 feels the same to us. If you are passing through Madhya Marg and want something quick and filling, you'll find us here. We don't have a big menu, just the usual things done the way they should be. It is just us and a few helpers working every day.
