Punjabi Taste Dhaba

We are located in Sector 34a at Sco. 130-31, which is quite close to the CITCO Restaurants. Chandigarh is a very organized city, but our dhaba keeps things a bit more relaxed. We wanted to bring that dhaba feel to the middle of the city. It’s not a fancy glass building. We have a simple setup where you can come in, sit down, and eat without any pressure. The kitchen is always buzzing because Sector 34a has so many offices and students. We go through a lot of supplies every day. It’s hard work and the hours are long, but we’re used to it. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just cook the food we like to eat ourselves. Some days are faster than others. When the office crowds come in at 1 PM, it’s a bit of a scramble, but we get everyone fed. We’ve had the same cooks for a long time, and they know exactly how the regulars like their food. We aren't looking to expand into a huge chain. We just like our spot here in Chandigarh. If you want a break from the usual polished places in the city, come find us at Sco. 130-31. We’ll be there, probably busy with the afternoon rush. It is a good life and we are happy to be here every day.
