Khalbelly Restaurant & Caterers

We are located at Bay No. 9-10 in Sector 33-D. Chandigarh is a planned city, so everything is in these neat blocks, and we have been in this sector for a while. We do two things here, the restaurant part where you can sit and the catering side where we pack things up for events. It is a busy little operation. The kitchen takes up most of the space because of the catering orders. Sometimes the place smells like onions and spices from early in the morning. We don't have a fancy dining room. It’s just some simple chairs and tables for whoever wants to eat in. Our staff is just a few local guys who know the neighborhood well. We don't have a big corporate structure or a manager in a suit. It’s mostly just us in our aprons getting the work done. The sector is usually quiet, but our corner gets a bit of a crowd during lunch hours. We try to keep things organized, but on big catering days, it can get a bit chaotic with the delivery vans. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in Chandigarh. We just want to provide food for the people around here. It’s a basic, honest business that we run every day. We just focus on the cooking and the cleaning. It is what it is. Come by if you are near sector 33d. We are usually here until the evening ends.
