We are located at Booth Number 27 in the Sector 10 Main Market in Chandigarh. If you are looking for us, we are right near the SBI Bank. It is a busy spot and we have been here for quite some time now. This is a dhaba, so it is not a fancy place with carpets or soft music. We have basic tables and chairs, and the kitchen is right there where you can see it. Most of our days start very early when the market is still quiet. We have to get everything ready before the lunch crowd shows up. Usually, people from the nearby offices and shops come over when they are hungry. It can get pretty loud during those hours because of the traffic and people talking. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just focus on the food we make every day. The menu is simple and we don't change it much. To be honest, some days are harder than others when the weather is hot, but we keep the fans going.
