Katani Dhaba

Katani Dhaba is at SCO 266 in Sector 35D of Chandigarh. This part of the city is always moving, with people coming and going from the various offices and shops in the sector. Our dhaba is a basic setup where we serve food to anyone who stops by. We have some tables and chairs, and it gets pretty loud during the lunch hour when everyone is trying to eat at once. Chandigarh is laid out in a very specific way, and being in Sector 35D means we are in a place where people expect a certain kind of local meal. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls. It is mostly just the sound of plates and people talking. The kitchen is always busy and you can smell the food from the street outside. We have been here at SCO 266 for a good while. The staff knows the regulars who come in every day for their usual meal. It is a practical place to eat if you are in the area. We don't do anything too fancy, just the standard dhaba routine that people in Chandigarh are used to. Sometimes we run out of certain things if the day is busier than we expected. We just take it as it comes. It is a small business and we are just here every day trying to do our job in Sector 35D.
