We do not have a big team or a fancy office. It is just us in the shop, day in and day out. The area of Govindpura is always bustling with people and cars, and the bank nearby brings in a lot of foot traffic. We do not go for any of that polished marketing stuff you see online. This is just a place to get some food and sit down for a minute. Most of our regulars are people who work nearby or live in the Mani Majra neighborhood. We have been at this shop number for quite some time now. The street can get a bit loud and messy, especially during the peak hours, but that is just how it is in Chandigarh. We keep the place open and focus on the daily tasks like cleaning the floors and prepping the kitchen. There is no hidden mission or corporate philosophy here. It is just a dhaba where we try to do our job. If you are by the bank, you will probably see us.
