Himani'S Residency

We are situated in Sector 35-C, right in the middle of a busy commercial area. Being in an S.C.O. building means we are surrounded by shops and other small businesses. It makes it easy for our guests to find a place to eat or buy something they forgot to pack. The residency is set up to give people a decent place to sleep without having to drive too far out of the city center. We have a few floors of rooms, and they are kept pretty basic. We focus on making sure the plumbing works and the beds are comfortable enough for a night or two. It can get a bit noisy outside because of the traffic and the people visiting the nearby markets, but that's typical for this part of Chandigarh. Our staff is usually around the front desk if someone needs a fresh towel or has a question about the local buses. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s a practical choice for folks traveling for work or families who need a base while they see the city. We've been operating here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. It’s just a straightforward place to stay that does the job without any extra complications added on.
