Hibachi is over at Madhya Marg Sector 8C 58-61. We have been running things here for a while now. The chefs stay busy at the flat grills, and you can always hear the metal tools clicking against the heat. It gets loud and a bit smoky when we have a full house. We don’t really do fancy talk, we just focus on getting the food prepped and out to the tables. On Friday and Saturday nights, the place is usually packed. It’s the kind of spot where you just come as you are and eat. The staff stays late every night cleaning up the grease and making sure everything is ready for the next day. Sector 8C is a busy area, so finding a parking spot can be a real pain sometimes. We try to keep the place tidy, but the chairs have definitely seen better days. Most of the people working here have been around for years. We know the folks from the nearby offices who stop in for a quick bite. It’s just a normal restaurant doing its thing. We open the doors, start the heat, and get to work. If you walk down Madhya Marg, the smell of grilled onions is hard to miss. It’s a decent job and we have a good group of people in the back. I guess it is just part of the local scene here.
