HIBACHI RESTURANT

Our restaurant is located in Sector 8c of Chandigarh, right in the middle of the main market. We are in SCO 58-59, which is quite easy to spot if you are walking around the area. There is a KFC nearby which usually helps people find our location. Sector 8 is one of those places where people are always out and about, especially in the evenings when the weather is nice. The restaurant is a standard setup with rows of tables and a kitchen that stays pretty busy. We focus on getting the food out to the tables without making people wait too long. It can get quite crowded on the weekends so there might be a bit of a wait for a seat then. The interior is simple and we don't spend much time on fancy decorations. We have been here for a while and have seen the market change as new shops open and close. The staff is used to the local crowd and we know what people in Chandigarh like to eat when they come out. It’s a practical place to have lunch or dinner with your family or friends. There is parking out front but it fills up fast because the market is so popular. We just open the doors every day and do our work in the kitchen. It’s just how things go in this part of town.
