Fern Residency

If you’re looking for us, we are located at 28/8 in the Industrial Area Phase II. This is over in the R T Nagar side of things. It’s a bit of a working-class area, which suits us just fine. We are right near the Turbco office, so that’s the best way to explain where we are if you get lost. Being in an industrial zone means there is always something going on, trucks moving around or people heading to the various offices nearby. It isn't the quietest place in the world, but it has a lot of energy. Our building is a practical one. We’ve got the 160002 zip code. Most people who come to Fern Residency are here for work or have something to do with the nearby businesses. We don't go in for a lot of decorations or fancy stuff. It’s more about having a place that works. The tea stalls nearby are always busy in the mornings, and we often see our guests grabbing a quick cup before they head out. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but not too bad. The staff knows most of the regular delivery drivers by name now. We just try to keep things running smoothly without making a big fuss about it. It’s a straightforward spot for people who need to be in this part of town for their jobs. We spend our time checking the details and making sure the building stays in good shape despite all the activity around us.
