We are over at SCO-1 on Madhya Marg in Sector 26. Being near the Axis Bank makes us pretty easy to spot if you're driving through Chandigarh. This part of the city is always moving. We opened up EKKAM here because we liked the energy of Sector 26. It’s not a huge place, just a decent spot where we put out food every day. We don't try to be like those big corporate chains you see everywhere. It's just a local team here working the shifts. Some days are slow and we just tidy up, other days we can barely keep up with the orders. We use simple ingredients and don't make a big fuss about things. The interiors are basic because we wanted to keep the focus on what's on the plate. People come in from the nearby offices for lunch, and it gets a bit lively then. We’ve had to learn a lot as we went along. Running a place in Chandigarh means you have to stay on your toes. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up, cook, and go home. It’s a practical way to run a business. If you're around Madhya Marg and want something straightforward to eat, you can just drop in. We'll be there.
