Delhi Special Pranthe Wali Gali

This shop is located at SCO 2458 on the main road in Sector 22C, Chandigarh. We are right near Nukkar Dhaba, so we are in a very busy part of the area. It is a good spot because people are always passing by on the main road. We do those Delhi-style pranthas that everyone seems to enjoy when they want something hearty. Being an SCO, we have a bit of a presence on the street. It is not a fancy corporate setup. It is just a local eatery where the focus is on the stove and the food. We do not spend much time on decorations or flashy lights. We just keep the place clean and keep the food coming out hot for whoever walks in. Sector 22C is a lively place, and we fit right in with the other shops and dhabas. Most of our regulars are students or people working nearby who need a solid meal. We do not have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just show up, prep the dough, and start cooking every morning. It can get quite crowded around lunchtime, but that is a good problem to have. If you are driving along the main road and see us near Nukkar Dhaba, feel free to stop.
