Ti Metal Forming

We are located at Plot No. 312 in Wablewadi, which is part of the Khed block. You’ll find us if you head out near Chikara Road. We do metal forming here, which basically means we take metal and bend or shape it into what’s needed. The machines can be quite loud, so it’s not exactly a quiet office environment. Most of the guys here have been working with metal for years and know exactly how the sheets react under pressure. It’s hot work, especially in the summer months, but it feels good to see a finished part come off the line. We don't have a lot of corporate polish. The floors are a bit greasy and there are scraps of metal in the corners, but that’s a working shop for you. We get orders from different industries nearby. Sometimes it’s a big batch of the same thing, other times it’s something a bit different that requires some fiddling with the settings. We just focus on the job at hand. Being in the district means we get a mix of local and outside work. We don’t talk much about strategy; we just look at the drawings and start the machines. It’s practical work for practical people. We hope the parts we make help keep other machines running smoothly for a long time.
