Mahalaxmi Steel Center

You can find us over on the Talegaon Chakan Road, right near the Talegaon Chowk in Chakan. It’s a pretty noisy area with all the trucks and heavy vehicles rumbling past all day long, but that’s just how it is in this part of the world. Mahalaxmi Steel Center has been here for a bit, dealing with all kinds of steel stuff. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and getting our hands dirty, which is fine by us. The chowk is always crowded, so you have to be careful when you’re turning into our place. We spend most of our time out there in the yard or the shop floor, making sure everything is where it should be. It gets pretty hot during the summer months, but we just keep at it. We aren't big on sitting in air-conditioned offices all day. We’d much rather be out where the work is actually happening. People stop by all the time asking for directions or looking for specific bits of steel for their projects. We try to help out when we can, even if it's just telling someone how to get back to the main highway. Chakan is a busy industrial hub, and being right here on the road means we never really have a quiet moment. We like it that way, though. It keeps us on our toes and makes the day go by a lot faster.
