T I Metal Forming

If you head down to Chikra Road in Chakan, you'll find us at Plot No. 312 in Fablewadi. We are quite close to Surya Hospital, which is how most people find their way here. T I Metal Forming is an industrial unit, so it's a place with big machines and a lot of noise throughout the day. We do metal forming work. It involves a lot of pressure and keeping things precise. It’s a tough environment, especially in the summer when the machines make everything even hotter than it already is. We have a crew that’s been doing this for years. They know the sounds of the equipment and can tell if something isn't right just by listening to the rhythm. Our plot isn't anything pretty. It is just a functional space with a roof and the tools we need to do our jobs properly. We mostly work with other manufacturers who need specific metal shapes for their own products. It's a lot of heavy lifting and careful measurements. We don't really have a sales team or a fancy lobby to sit in. If you come by, you'll likely see us in our work gear, probably covered in a bit of oil or metal dust. We just focus on the technical side of things and try to get the orders out the door without any mistakes. It’s simple, industrial work that keeps us busy.
