Padmashri Steel

You can find Padmashri Steel out at Gat No. 170/1 in the Bhose area. It’s a bit of a trek if you aren't from around here, but it’s where we have our space. Dealing with steel is heavy work, and our hands show it. We’ve got stacks of material all over the place, and there is usually the sound of metal clanging in the background. We aren't trying to be the biggest steel supplier in the world, just a reliable one for the people in Bhose and the surrounding parts. We started with just a small shed and it grew from there. It's dusty and it gets hot in the afternoons, but we keep at it. We handle a lot of different sizes and types of steel depending on what people ask for. Sometimes we run out of a certain stock and have to wait for a delivery, which can be frustrating, but we try to keep folks updated. It’s a family-style environment here. We eat lunch together and complain about the weather just like everyone else. We don't have a marketing department or anything. Most of our work comes from people telling their neighbors about us.
