Kumars Forge & Valve Private Limited

Our workshop is located at Gate No. 54/6 on the Chakan Ambethan Road. We are right across from the Chakan Telephone Exchange in the village of Biradwadi. This area has grown a lot lately, but it still feels a bit rural once you get off the main roads. Forging is hard, sweaty work, and there is no getting around that. The heat from the furnaces is something you just have to get used to after a while. We spend our days dealing with valves and all the heavy metal parts that go with them. It’s noisy and there’s a lot of heavy lifting involved. The trucks are always lined up on the road waiting to pick up or drop off materials. We’ve got a small team here, and most of us have been together for quite a while now. We know each other's habits and how to get the work done without much talking. The office is just a small room where we keep the records and try to hide from the noise for a few minutes. It isn't a fancy corporate headquarters by any stretch of the imagination. We deal with real problems, like machines breaking down or shipments getting delayed by the rain. Biradwadi is a busy place these days, but we just stay focused on what’s happening inside our gate. We don't make big promises; we just show up and do the forging for whoever needs it.
