Our office is in Karol Bagh at Spangles House, which is Office No. 1/1293 in Lane No 1, Naiwala. It is right near the Faiz Road red light. If you know Delhi, you know how busy and packed Karol Bagh is, especially the Naiwala area where there are so many shops for parts and tools. We have been based here for a long time. Our work involves a lot of trading and moving goods around. The office is usually full of papers and samples, and it feels a bit cramped sometimes. We are not a big corporate company with fancy furniture. We just have what we need to get the job done. There are a few of us here who have been working together for years. Most of our day is spent on the phone talking to people or checking on deliveries. The traffic in this area is always a nightmare, so we have to plan our day around it. Sometimes it takes forever just to get a small package out of the lane. We do not do any big advertising or try to look bigger than we are. People who need our services usually find us through someone else they know. We drink a lot of tea and just try to stay on top of the work. It is a loud and busy place to be, but we are used to the noise of the street outside. We just keep going one day at a time.
