You’ll find us at 5745 Factory Road, near Chowk Singhara in the Nabi Karim area. It’s a very crowded part of Delhi, with lots of narrow lanes and people everywhere. Our building is right in the thick of it. We do international trade and wholesale stuff, mostly focused on whatever goods are in demand. The office is more of a warehouse and a desk squeezed into the corner. It’s noisy outside with the rickshaws and the markets, but we’re used to the sound by now. We’ve been operating out of Nabi Karim for quite a long time. It’s where all the action is for this kind of business. We don't have a website with fancy photos or a marketing department. We just have our ledgers and our phones. Most of our customers have been coming to us for years because they know where to find us. We keep things honest and straightforward. If we have the stock, we tell you. If we don’t, we’ll see when it’s coming in. The space is a bit cramped, and there’s always a pile of boxes that needs moving to get to the back. But it works for what we do. We drink a lot of tea and talk to a lot of people every day. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep things moving in a busy market environment.
