We are located on the first floor over at Plot Number 5/56 on Saraswati Marg. If you find the Clark Hotel in Karol Bagh, we are right across the street from it. It’s a busy area, lots of people moving around all the time. Our space isn't huge, but it fits everything we need to keep the accessories moving. We handle a lot of different items and things can get a bit cluttered sometimes. That’s just the nature of the business. We don't have a big front desk or anyone in a suit greeting you. It’s more of a place where you walk in and find someone working at a desk or sorting through boxes. Karol Bagh is famous for shopping, so we get a lot of foot traffic. We’ve been here long enough that most of the other shopkeepers know us by name. We don't do much in the way of marketing. Usually, people just see our sign or hear about us from a friend. We try to keep things moving quickly because we know everyone is in a hurry these days. It’s a practical setup. We focus on the items we have and making sure they get to where they need to go. If the stairs are a bit steep, well, it’s an old building. We just do our thing day in and day out without much fuss. If you’re in the neighborhood, we are easy to spot.
