Arora Bags N More is right in the thick of it at 2B, Qutab Road in Paharganj. If you’ve ever been to Paharganj, you know how busy and packed the streets are. Our shop is no different. We have bags hanging from the ceiling and stacked up against every wall. It’s hard to move around sometimes because we try to fit as much as we can into the space. We’ve been here at this location for years. People come in looking for all sorts of things, not just bags, which is why we added the "N More" part to our name. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on the foot traffic from the street. It’s noisy outside with all the rickshaws and tourists, but we like the energy. Sometimes we sit out front on a small stool when it’s quiet. We handle the sales ourselves, and we know exactly where every single item is hidden in the shop. It might look like a mess to someone else, but it’s our system. We don't use fancy computers for everything; sometimes we just jot things down in a notebook. It’s a simple business. We buy things, we sell things, and we talk to the people who walk through the door. That's how it's always been for us on Qutab Road.
