Our shop is located in Karol Bagh, at 2434. It is a very active part of Delhi. If you have ever been to Karol Bagh, you know how the streets are always full of cars and shoppers. We deal with accessories. We have all kinds of stuff piled up in boxes and on shelves. The space isn’t huge, so we have to use every single inch of the walls. We have been here for quite a while now. Most of the day is spent helping customers find specific bits and pieces for their vehicles or gadgets. It is noisy outside with all the horns and people shouting. Inside, it is just us trying to keep things organized. Sometimes we get shipments and there are boxes everywhere on the floor. We don’t have a big team, just a couple of guys who know where every single item is kept. We don't spend money on big ads or billboards. People walking through the market just see the sign and come in. It is a practical way to run a shop. The place gets quite hot in the summer, but we keep the doors open for air. We see a lot of different people every single day. Some are regular customers and some are just passing through. We just try to provide what people are looking for without making a big fuss about it. It is a straightforward shop in a very busy market. We like being part of the noise and the local trade.
