Ramesh Engg Works

Our workshop is tucked away in Karol Bagh on Hari Singh Nalwa Street, at number 52/1799. If you walk by Ramesh Engg Works, you will likely hear the sound of metal hitting metal or the hum of a lathe machine. It is a gritty kind of place, with oil stains on the floor and tools hanging all over the walls. We do not have a reception area or a coffee machine for guests. Most people come here because they have something broken that needs fixing or a part that needs to be made from scratch. We spend our days covered in a bit of grease and metal shavings. It is honest work that requires a lot of looking closely at small parts. The street outside is usually full of other shops and people moving parts around, so it is never quiet. We have been using the same heavy machinery for a long time because it still works just fine. We do not bother with fancy advertisements; our work usually speaks for itself when a machine starts running again. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought because a bolt is rusted shut or a part is hard to find. We just keep at it until it is done. It is a small space, and it gets hot in the summer with all the machines running, but we are used to it. We just focus on the task on the workbench and getting things fixed.
