U M Engineering Works

Our workshop is situated at Anand Parbat Dya Basti, right on Rohtak Road 41372. Being near the main road means we get a lot of noise from the passing trucks and the trains nearby. U M Engineering Works is a busy place where we handle various metal and mechanical tasks. The floor is usually covered in shavings and bits of wire. We have a few old machines that have been with us for years, and they still work better than some of the newer ones. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we have a big project going on, but we make it work. The walls are stained with years of work, and the ceiling fans have seen better days. We don’t put much thought into how the place looks to outsiders. What matters is that the tools are sharp and the work gets done. My nephews help out around here, and we spend a lot of time just troubleshooting whatever comes through the door. Sometimes we have to stay late under the dim lights to finish a piece for a customer. It’s hard on the eyes, but it’s part of the trade. Rohtak Road is always busy, so we usually have our tea outside while watching the traffic. We are just a small engineering outfit trying to stay busy and keep our machines running smoothly every day. It's nothing fancy, just hard work and metal.
