Rdm India Private Ltd is located at N 70/21 in Majnu Ka Teela, Civil Lines. If you’ve ever been to Majnu Ka Teela, you know it’s a very specific kind of place with narrow lanes and a lot of character. Our office is right there in the middle of it. We do a lot of data work and back-office support. It’s mostly a lot of typing and looking at spreadsheets for hours on end. Sometimes the noise from the street gets inside, but we’re used to it by now. It’s a small space, nothing fancy at all, just enough room for the desks and the servers. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing here. We are more like a small group that works together every day. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a blessing in Delhi. We spend our days making sure the files are correct and the clients are getting what they asked for. We don't really go around telling everyone we are the best at what we do; we just focus on the task at hand. There are days when the work is boring and days when it’s quite busy, but that’s just how it goes. We like the area because of the food and the people around us. It’s a real place, and we are real people working here. We just try to keep things moving and get the work done right.
