We have a routine that we follow, starting early before the heat of the day really builds up in the Galli. We don’t have any polished mission statements or corporate values posted on the walls. Instead, we have shelves of parts and tools that have been used for years. The floor is concrete and has seen a lot of wear and tear. We spend our time making sure the production stays on track.
