It’s a very busy part of Delhi, and there’s never a quiet moment on the street outside. Our office is easy to reach since we’re right on the ground floor, so people often just pop in when they’re passing through Karol Bagh. We handle a variety of international trade matters from this desk. It’s a lot of paperwork, customs talk, and tracking shipments on the computer. The office isn't overly decorated; it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and stacks of files that seem to grow every week. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. We just focus on getting the goods from one place to another without too much trouble. Sometimes the heat on DBG Road is intense, so we’re glad to be inside with the fans going. Working in Karol Bagh means we’re surrounded by all sorts of businesses, from clothes to car parts, which makes the atmosphere quite lively.
