If you find yourself on Deshbandhu Gupta Road in Karol Bagh, you might spot our place at number 781. Mascot Overseas Pvt. Ltd. is basically a group of us working out of this old building. Karol Bagh is always loud and crowded, which keeps things interesting. We’ve been here long enough to know all the shortcuts and where to get decent tea. Our work involves a lot of international stuff, so we are often dealing with different time zones. That means some of us are here early or staying late quite often. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. We try to keep things organized, but when things get busy, there are papers everywhere. We don't do much fancy advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve known us for years. It’s a practical way to run things. We handle the shipping and the overseas logistics as well as we can. Sometimes the customs rules change or there are delays at the port, and we just have to deal with it. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. We just focus on getting the job done without making a big fuss about it.
