Otomen India

Otomen India is tucked away in Karol Bagh at Plot No 1421. We are on Street No 23, which is just off Abdul Rehman Road in the Naiwala area. If you know this part of Delhi, you know how crowded it gets with bikes and shoppers every single day. Our shop is surrounded by other people selling all sorts of things. Inside, it’s mostly shelves reaching up to the ceiling filled with various parts and components. We don't have much room for people to sit down, so most conversations happen while standing at the counter. The light inside is a bit dim because the buildings are so close together, but we know exactly where everything is kept. Sometimes we have to climb up a shaky ladder to get a box from the top shelf. It’s a bit of a maze really. Naiwala has its own rhythm and we are just a small part of it. We don't do any big marketing or have a fancy website that someone else manages. Usually, it's just us answering the phone and writing down orders on paper pads. The street outside is always full of noise—horns honking and people shouting—but once you’re inside the shop, it feels a bit more focused. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea seller knows exactly when to bring our morning cups without us even asking.
