Kakkar International

Our place, Kakkar International, is situated at 2/994, right where Hari Singh Nalwa Street meets Shivaji Street in Karol Bagh. It’s a busy corner, as you can imagine. We’ve been operating from this address for a long time. The shop is usually full of boxes and items we’re getting ready to move. Since we are on a corner, we see a lot of people passing by every single day. Karol Bagh is known for this kind of atmosphere, where everything is moving all at once. We handle a variety of things, mostly related to trade and local supply. The building at 2/994 is old, but it serves us well. We don’t have a lot of space for a fancy lounge or anything, so most people just stand by the counter. It’s a bit loud with the traffic from both streets, but we don’t mind it much anymore. We just focus on the work at hand. Some days are longer than others, especially when we have a big shipment coming in or going out. Kakkar International isn't a big corporation, just a local business trying to do things right. We know many of the other shop owners around here, and it feels like a big family sometimes.
